On March 19, 2022, the National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) attended the Human Resource Development Workshop held by DeoCa Group in Quy Nhon.

Overview of the Workshop

At the seminar, there was the attendance of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Vice-Rector; Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Head of International Cooperation Department along with lecturers and 18 outstanding students representing Faculty of Architecture & Planning, Economics & Construction Management, Bridge and Road; Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors, staff of Deo Ca Group JSC and representatives of the Board of Directors, lecturers, and students from other 15 universities and colleges.

NUCE signed a cooperation agreement with DeoCa Group with an aim to encourage, support and build a learning environment and provide job opportunities for students, as well as linking training students to social needs, and at the same time strengthen the training partnership between businesses and the University.

Training high-quality human resources is the natter of utmost importance and is always considered the backbone of education in NUCE. The training program’s got a proven record, which is highlighted by generations of outstanding students. Many alumni have been serving in key personnel positions such as General Director, Technical Director, etc in large enterprises not to mention DeoCa Group.
